iaya9 Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the iaya9 platform and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the iaya9 website, creating an account or using any service, you are giving your full consent to these Terms.

These Terms apply to players in Bangladesh and are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. iaya9 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

In addition to these Terms, iaya9's privacy policy, responsible gaming policy and bonus terms and conditions also apply. These documents together form the overall user agreement.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to participate on the iaya9 platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or participating in any game. iaya9 may request identification documents for age verification when necessary.

2.2 Registration Requirements

At the time of account registration, you must provide accurate and truthful information, including:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Valid email address
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (to prove you are 21 years of age)
• Preferred payment method details

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or from the same device is strictly prohibited. In case of a violation of this rule, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

2.4 Updating Information

You must notify iaya9 immediately of any changes to your registered information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact iaya9 support immediately.

3.2 Account Ownership

Transferring, selling or renting an account is strictly prohibited. Account ownership remains solely with the registered individual. Operating an account through a third party is not permitted.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there are no transactions or logins for 12 (twelve) consecutive months. The balance of an inactive account will remain secure, but identity verification may be required to reactivate it.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following conditions apply when depositing funds to iaya9:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
• Deposited funds must come from an account registered in your name
• Using third-party payment accounts is prohibited

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following terms apply for processing withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawal requests are processed after verification
• Withdrawals may be on hold until identity verification is complete
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the deposit

4.3 Payment Verification

iaya9 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Additional identity verification may be required for large transactions. If required documents are not provided in time, transaction processing may be delayed.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

iaya9 handles all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Currency conversion or transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The following terms apply to this bonus:

• The bonus amount requires 20x wagering before withdrawal
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time after claiming the bonus
• The bonus can only be claimed once
• Completing the terms and conditions before converting the bonus to cash is mandatory

5.2 Promotional Offers

Special promotions, tournaments and additional bonus offers are available from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offer page. In case of conflict with the general bonus terms, the specific offer's terms and conditions will apply.

5.3 VIP Program

iaya9's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular active participation. The benefits and terms for each tier are defined separately.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to abuse bonus benefits or for fraudulent purposes may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension. iaya9 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions related to bonus abuse.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

iaya9 provides a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated by certified software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely independent and are not influenced by previous results.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to software or network issues, iaya9 will attempt to determine the outcome of that round. Server records will be considered final. iaya9 is not responsible for technical issues, but every effort will be made to protect the member's interests.

6.3 Game Restrictions

For certain bonuses, some games or game categories may not be included in the wagering requirements. The list of eligible games is stated in the detailed terms of each bonus.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iaya9 platform:

• Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Bonus fraud by creating multiple accounts
• Hacking software, using bots or attempting to artificially influence game outcomes
• Harassing, threatening or disturbing other members
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Gaining unfair advantage through chargebacks or fraud
• Using third-party accounts or payment methods

If such activities are detected, iaya9 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

iaya9 gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

• Data is used solely for the purpose of operating the platform
• Data is not sold to third parties
• Data is not shared except where legally required
• Arrangements are in place to delete unnecessary data at a member's request

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Limitations

The iaya9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. iaya9 is not liable for any loss caused by such disruptions.

9.2 Gaming Losses

Participation in games is entirely voluntary and at personal risk. iaya9 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from gaming. Members are encouraged to play within their means.

9.3 Third-Party Services

iaya9 is not directly responsible for issues arising from payment processing or other third-party services, but will endeavour to assist in resolving them.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by iaya9

iaya9 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
• Providing false information
• Proof of being a minor
• Legal or regulatory requirements

10.2 Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their own account. Eligible balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to wagering conditions being met).

10.3 Self-Exclusion

11 Responsible Gaming

In the event of a dispute, please contact the iaya9 support team first. Our support team will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly. Server logs and records will be treated as final evidence. The time limit for dispute claims is 90 days.
